Hartvol ships orders across South Africa using Courier guy. We strive to dispatch orders within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Flat rate shipping R140
Free Shipping: Available for orders over R900
Rural & Outlying Areas: Delivery times may be extended by 5-7 business days for remote locations.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order is handed over to the courier, [Your Business Name] is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers. If your package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim.
