Hartvol is an online store registered in South Africa.
Prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Product Availability & Orders
Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of certain products per customer.
3.Handmade Nature & Limited Editions
All Hartvol items are carefully handmade with love and attention to detail.
Because each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur. These small differences are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the unique character of every item.
Our collections are released in limited edition batches, which means that once a design is sold out, it may not be restocked or reproduced in the same form.
By purchasing from Hartvol, you acknowledge and appreciate the individuality and handmade nature of each product.
4. Payment & Security
Payments are processed securely via PayFast.
We do not store credit card details.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hartvol is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of our products.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Every Hartvol piece is handmade with love. Tiny variations make each one unique, no two will ever be exactly the same. All products with a print is Limited edition and wont be repeated again
